Sarah Andersen is a Certified Life Coach for Teen Girls and Young Women, based in San Diego, California. She is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she studied Certified Health Coach, Health and Wellness. Andersen also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Colorado at Boulder and studied Communication at Syracuse University.

As the founder of The Real Girl Lifestyle, Andersen works with girls one-on-one, leads small groups, and speaks nationally about girl empowerment. Her focus is on teaching young women how to stay healthy, maintain a positive body image, and develop authentic REAL confidence.

Andersen previously served as Executive Director at GRACEDBYGRIT Foundation and worked as a Gritty Girl Leader at GRACEDBYGRIT. She is certified through Teen Wisdom and the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute.
