Pant is widely recognized as a leader in digital media technology and has received numerous industry awards, including for Web and mobile application development and technology operations.

Throughout his career, Pant has managed the development and operations of high-traffic websites that require 24/7 uptime and weekly product enhancements. He has experience in product development, systems integration, network/hardware infrastructure management, vendor evaluation, and investments, mergers, and acquisitions.
