He holds an MBA in Finance and Supply Chain Management from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a BS in BA, MIS, and Business Statistics from Miami University.

Waldron's career spans over 25 years, during which he honed his expertise in organizational transformation, P&L management, end-to-end business process integration, and global business strategies. He served as the Vice President of Global Off Highway Businesses and Chemical Operations, Vice President of Business and Process Integration for the Americas, Vice President of Consumer Sales Operations and Strategy, and Vice President of North America Supply Chain, Logistics, and Procurement at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company.

Prior to his tenures in executive leadership roles, Waldron excelled in various supply chain and finance positions within the company, including Supply Chain Director for the Consumer Business and Order to Cash, General Manager of Global Off the Road Tires, and Finance Director. Before joining Goodyear, he worked as a Manager at Ernst & Young and a Consultant at MarKen and Associates.
