Mika Vehkala is a game developer and Director of Technology at Remedy Entertainment Plc. With a focus on AI, animation and locomotion systems, his expertise is sought after throughout the industry. He has worked on notable titles such as Hitman Absolution, Horizon Zero Dawn and The Walking Dead: No Man's Land. In addition, Mika has experience designing and implementing large cross-media applications for web, mobile and television. He has been involved in founding four companies and held various positions including Lead AI Programmer at Remedy and Senior AI Programmer at IO Interactive. Mika studied at Aleksanteri Institute, University of Helsinki.
