Hari Gandhi is a highly experienced professional with a career spanning 31 years across various industries and sectors. He started his journey by joining the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) through the UPSC 1995 civil service examination. Through his career, he served in various roles such as Operational Head of airport security at prominent airports, Port Security, head of security for NHPC powerhouses in the conflicted region of Kashmir, Zonal Director at the Narcotics Control Bureau, and more.

Hari Gandhi's strength lies in his ability to lead from the front, motivate and energize the team, and connect with all stakeholders. He is a great administrator, coordinator, and a powerful motivational speaker. With his 360-degree vision, Hari Gandhi can analyze problems from macro and micro levels and come up with effective solutions. He is an expert in crisis management and has a natural ability to connect with people.

Hari Gandhi's education includes Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from St. John's College, Agra and University of Mumbai, respectively. He also holds an MBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration and an MA in History. Hari Gandhi has a PhD in Drug abuse issues and approaches from Gujarat University.

Apart from his professional background, Hari Gandhi is interested in making a change in society by being part of initiatives like Mission No Suicide, Organ Donation, Drug-free India, Road Safety, Mental and Spiritual Health, Organic Farming, and making Earth a better place.
