Steve Delaronde is a seasoned healthcare leader with over 20 years of expertise in building successful teams and delivering innovative analytic, consulting, and product solutions that cater to the clinical, social, behavioral, and population health needs of numerous stakeholders including payers, providers, and government. Before graduating with a Master of Public Health degree from The University of Connecticut Health Center, Steve pursued his Master of Social Work degree as well as a BA in History from the College of the Holy Cross. Throughout his career, he has held several leadership positions such as Chief Analytics Officer at Focus Health Care Management, Director of Medical Informatics at Triad Healthcare, formerly Manager, Consulting and Analytics, Data Analytics, and Consulting at 3M, and Manager of Health Management Program Analytics at ConnectiCare. Presently, Steve is serving as a Senior Manager of Product Management at 3M.
