Fernando Boiero is a highly experienced and accomplished professional with more than 20 years in the technology industry. He is the CTO and Co-Founder of Xcapit, a blockchain and AI-driven platform and mobile app designed to build a culture of savings and promote financial education. Despite not having prior financial knowledge, anyone can use the platform to save, invest or donate money transparently. Boiero is a PMP, MBA graduate, systems engineer, university professor and an entrepreneur, with experience managing various projects related to ciber security, digital signature, crypto-economy, and blockchain. He has studied in several universities, including Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, QuantInsti, Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, among others. Boiero has previously worked in several organizations, including Instituto Universitario Aeronáutico, Box Custodia y Gestión Digital, Universidad Nacional de Asunción, and AUTEX S.A., among others, where he served as a Docente, Consultor Externo, Gerente de Tecnología, IT Manager and Desarrollador/Administrador de Redes.
