David Jon Lerner is a highly qualified CPA and CVA, specializing in providing advisory services to entrepreneurs, their families, investors, executives and businesses across diverse industries. He has accumulated significant experience valuing businesses, buying and selling companies, providing tax, accounting, audit and financial consulting services. David's technical skills and strategic thinking make him invaluable to clients in industries ranging from hospitality to SaaS to real estate, with revenues ranging from start-up to $100s of millions.

David received his BBA in Accounting and Business/Management from The J.M. Tull School of Accounting at The University of Georgia, and studied at the JM Tull School of Accountancy at University of Georgia- Terry College of Business.

Alongside his professional career, Lerner is actively involved in charity work as the Treasurer & Board Member at Atlanta Ronald McDonald House Charities. He also served on the former Board Trustee at Pi Kappa Phi Foundation and as a volunteer at the Host Committee- TOUR Championship- East Lake Foundation.
