Hande Mumcuoğlu is a highly experienced professional in the field of intellectual property, and an expert in all IP-related issues, having over ten years of experience working in various roles. She studied English Language & Literature at Hacettepe University, and also completed an EPI course. She is currently the Managing Partner at Mumcuoglu & Ark Patent and Trademark Consultancy, a firm she co-founded.

Prior to that, she has held several positions, including Manager, Patent Procedural Dep. at Ankara Patent Bureau Limited, Trademark Attorney (International Filings) at Ankara Patent Bureau Limited, Assistant to Operations at Inta Spaceturk, and Redactor/Editor at the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Tourism.

Her focus has always been on the needs of her clients, and her firm provides high-quality services while acting before local authorities to ensure that the intentions designated to Turkey are answered and directed in a proper manner.
