Janelle Bechdol is a highly accomplished professional with a background in talent development consulting, learning and development, and corporate social responsibility. She has a Master's Degree from Harvard University Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Music from the State University of New York at Albany.

Throughout her career, Bechdol has held several leadership roles, including Executive Director of Strategy and Outreach at Bridge Church, Learning And Development Specialist at Ogury, President at The Hall Pass Tour, and Director of Product at Story2.
