Lina Oliinyk is an accomplished Business Analyst with expertise in business processes, requirements gathering, solution architecture, and requirements management. She also excels in Quality Assurance, from test definition to acceptance testing, test reporting, and documentation. As a Team Lead, Lina maintains the development process within the team, defines project scope, goals, and deliverables, manages releases, people, and risks, and provides status reporting. Lina earned a Master’s Degree in Computational and Applied Mathematics at Dnipropetrovs'kij Nacional'nij Universitet. She has worked as a Business Analyst at UBS and as a System Analyst, Coach, Administrator of educational programs, and BA/QA in Agile Development Practices at Luxoft.
