Cipp Kevin Frazier is a highly educated and experienced individual with a background in law, public policy, and economics. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Oregon, a Masters in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School, and is currently pursuing a law degree at the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law.

Frazier has gained valuable professional experience in a variety of roles, including serving as a research attorney at the Supreme Court of Guam, a legal intern at Cloudflare, and a senior research assistant and graduate teaching assistant at Harvard Kennedy School. He has also worked in the public sector, serving as the founding member of No One Left Offline, a Pro Se Liaison at The Fire Victims Trust, and the Executive Assistant to Governor Kate Brown at the Office of the Governor.

Frazier has a strong interest in public policy and has held positions as a legislative deputy director at Children First for Oregon and a member of the Oregon Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee. Additionally, he has been involved in numerous political organizations, serving as Chief of Staff at College Democrats of America and President of the same organization.
