Jesse Gonzalez

Jesse Gonzalez is a user experience expert with more than 14 years of experience in project management and product development across digital, augmented, and tangible spaces. Known for his scrappy yet effective approach, Jesse is committed to creating useful, usable, and captivating experiences for end-users. He firmly believes that genuine empathy should be at the heart of business culture: "we're all designers!"

Jesse has worked with startups of all kinds and is experienced at balancing numerous projects from conception to production. He is particularly enthusiastic about learning about people's behaviors, motivations, and pain points, using that knowledge to create transformative solutions. Jesse plans and manages usability testing and design research on a continual basis to ensure products meet all stakeholders’ standards and expectations.

A graduate of Platt San Diego School of Design, Jesse studied User Experience, Usability, Visual Design, Web, Multi-Media, and 3D. He has also completed additional coursework through Cooper U on User Experience, Goal-Oriented Design, and Interaction Design.

Jesse is the founder of Jegoux Design and Strategy and has previously worked as Experience Design Manager at Cambia Health Solutions, Lead/Experience Design Manager at SpendWell Health®, and Lead Designer/Art Director at Hewlett-Packard. Prior to that, he served as an Engineering Technician/Design Delivery at Hewlett-Packard.
