Maggie Ruden

Maggie Ruden is a highly driven and skilled individual with a passion for sports and creating inclusive spaces within them. She is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Intercollegiate Athletic Leadership from the University of Washington and holds a Bachelor's degree in Outdoor Leadership from Sonoma State University.

Maggie has a wealth of experience working in various positions within the outdoors and sports industries. She has previously worked as a Graduate Student Intern at the Department of Recreation at the University of California, Berkeley, an Employee Experience and Office Manager at Ike, and an After-School Program Coordinator at Marin Montessori School. Additionally, she has held several positions as a coach, including as an Ultimate Frisbee Elite Camp Coach at CUT Camp and a Summer Camp Lead and Coach at Bay Area Disc Association.

Maggie's professional interests lie in working with club sports, intramural sports, and youth programs. She is a team player with a zero tolerance policy for hate and is always on the lookout for new opportunities to create inclusive spaces and connect with people through sports. Her world champion ultimate frisbee playing experience has given her a unique perspective on sports management, which she hopes to leverage to make a difference in the industry.
