Jo Samaradellis is a successful social media expert, marketer, and recruitment specialist with a comprehensive and diverse background in business and commerce. She studied Bachelor of Business and Commerce followed by a Bachelor of Commerce at Monash University, and mentored at Mentone Girls Grammar. She is the founder and Social Media Consultant at Social Sense Media, a company that utilizes Jo's experience to help businesses thrive in a digital environment. Prior to this, Jo developed her business acumen as Owner and Designer at Heart on a String, an artistic accessories brand.

Jo's passion for talent search began as a Recruitment Administrator at Deakin University and continued as a Recruitment Consultant at Zinfra Group and Southern Cross Care (Vic), where she contributed to the staffing of some of the best workplaces in Victoria. Furthermore, she gained valuable human resource experience in her roles as HR Administrator at World Vision and HR and Office Manager at DLS Australia.

Away from the world of work, she took maternity leave to focus on family.
