Steven Ratcliffe is a global product management and marketing expert with a Master's degree in Engineering and Computing Science from the University of Oxford. He is a commercially savvy leader with a track record of leading revenue generation and growth of companies across the full product lifecycle. With his exceptional skills in senior leadership and management, Steven has built high-performing teams and established commercial and technical relationships with stakeholders.

Prior to his role as Chief Product Marketing Officer at Alcumus, Steven worked as the VP Commercial Operating Model and VP Product at Travelport. He also held various product management positions, including Senior Product Director - Air Commerce, Product Director - Merchandising, Senior Product Manager - Merchandising at Travelport, and Product Manager at QAS Ltd.

During his career, Steven has gained experience in product strategy, investment prioritization, and performance management. He took a career break during the Covid-19 pandemic before returning to his current role. His interests include travel, exploration, and overlanding through different parts of the world.
