Victoria Collado

Victoria Collado is a highly skilled litigator at Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, specializing in defending banks and finance companies in class actions nationwide and individual actions in Illinois. With a background in handling claims related to mortgage loans, lines of credit, bank accounts, electronic fund transfers, and auto financing, she is well-versed in federal consumer laws such as TILA, RESPA, FCRA, FACTA, FDCPA, TCPA, and EFTA, along with state law claims. Ms. Collado also provides guidance on regulatory compliance and conducts internal investigations. Her expertise extends to representing organizations in international commercial disputes, arbitrations, and internal investigations. Prior to joining Burke, Warren in 2009, she practiced at Mayer Brown in Chicago.
