Andrew McCarroll, a seasoned entrepreneur and expert in the hospitality industry, has an extensive background that includes owning and managing various successful businesses. McCarroll studied Linguistics & Writing at The University of Texas at Austin and later earned a Master of Science degree in Leadership and Change at St. Edward's University. He has owned and operated several restaurants such as Taste: Urban Pub Food, Liberty Pizza, Inc., and Hat Creek Burger Company, where he served as the General Manager & Catering Supervisor. McCarroll has also worked as a Kitchen Manager and a Banquet Chef at the Durango Mountain Resort, where he honed his culinary skills. In addition to his experience in the food industry, he has also served as a Consulting CEO at Meal Pros, LLC, and the owner of The Bay's Maids, LLC and HSB Services, LLC, among other roles.
