Akshat Mittal is a highly accomplished Ph.D. candidate in Electrical Engineering at Northeastern University with a background in Electronics and Communications Engineering. He has worked in various roles, including summer internships at Texas Instruments, InterDigital, Inc., and Analog Devices. He has also worked as a Senior Design Engineer and a Design Engineer for NXP Semiconductors, where he was responsible for several successful memory test chip tapeouts. Mittal's research areas include ultra-low power biomedical circuits and RF radio design, with a focus on power management integrated circuit design. He is the recipient of the Director’s medal for outstanding academic achievement during his undergraduate studies.
