Daniela Turano PCC is a seasoned professional with a strong track record in managing intricate projects within the insurance sector for over fifteen years.

With a keen interest in helping individuals excel in both their professional and personal lives, Daniela ventured into the realm of coaching and is now a certified Personal and Business Coach, as well as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation.

In 2019, she kickstarted a Career Coaching Programme in collaboration with the Gender Equality Matters (GEM) Employee Resource Group, designed to foster Diversity, Equity & Inclusion within her organization by providing dedicated support to female talents in their career growth.

Continuing her quest for knowledge, in 2021 Daniela embarked on pursuing a bachelor's degree in Psychology to enhance her understanding and skills further.

Her educational background includes accreditation in Business & Personal Coaching from Barefoot Coaching Ltd, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Essex, and studies in Political Sciences at Universit"a degli Studi di Milano.

Throughout her career, Daniela has held pivotal roles including Career Coach and Associate Certified Coach ICF at Daniela Turano Coaching, UK Product Development Manager Commercial Insurance, EMEA Product Development Manager Consumer Lines, and other managerial positions at AIG, as well as roles at QN Financial Services SpA and FCA BANK.
