Jim Dischert, founder and CEO of Three Sixty Wealth Management, has been providing financial planning services since 1995. With a focus on conservative principles and cost-efficient portfolios, he helps business owners, affluent families, and individuals plan for their long-term financial and retirement needs.

He holds multiple licenses and professional designations, including Registered Financial Consultant (RFC), and is in the process of completing Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) designations from The American College. With a track record of excellence, Jim has been named a Five Star Wealth Manager Award Winner three years in a row and was featured as a Financial Leader in Chicago by Forbes Magazine in 2013.

Jim and his family are active in their community, volunteering for local charities and schools. Outside of work, he enjoys competitive golf and coaching in the local JFL program.
