Taylor Ness is a seasoned Operations Supervisor at the Calderwood Pavilion for The Huntington, with extensive experience in the theatrical and event industries. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theatrical Design and Technology, with a focus on lighting design, from Emerson College. Taylor also had stints as Affiliated Faculty, Production Electrician Advisor, and Pre-College Instructor of Lighting Design and Technology at Emerson College, where he was a founding member and President of the USITT Student Chapter.

On top of his teaching and administrative roles, Taylor has also worked as a Lighting Programmer at ArtsEmerson: The World On Stage, Projections Programmer at The Huntington, Technical Venue Manager at Provincetown Tennessee Williams Theatre Festival, and Day of Game Staff at Boston Red Sox. He has also lent his expertise as a Lighting Team Member at The EVVY Awards, a Theatre Assistant at ArtsEmerson: The World On Stage, and a Production Designer and Technician at Emerson College.
