Anuj R. Kapoor is a seasoned professional with more than 15 years of experience in advising clients on complex business matters. His expertise includes strategy, merger and acquisition, corporate re-organisation, investment structuring, financial modelling, business advisory, financial restructuring, and regulatory compliance. Anuj has led numerous projects for sovereign wealth funds, family offices, multinationals, governments, and private equity firms across various sectors such as government, education, healthcare, e-commerce, F&B, renewables, FMCG, infrastructure, media & entertainment, telecom, IT/ITES, and industrial markets. He has global exposure and has worked across GCC, EU, Middle East, AsPac, Africa, and the USA.

Anuj completed his education in Mumbai and obtained a bachelor's degree in commerce, financial accounting, economics, and computer systems & applications from the University of Mumbai. He also earned chartered accountant and chartered financial analyst degrees from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the CFA Institute, USA, respectively.

Currently, Anuj serves as a partner at KPMG, where he provides integrated solutions based on his diverse knowledge and expertise.
