Jessica Oyler is an accomplished professional in the field of higher education and administration with an extensive background in student affairs assessment and strategic initiatives. Oyler holds a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Education, Communication, and Technology with a focus on agricultural education from the University of Arkansas. She pursued her Master's degree in Postsecondary Educational Leadership with a concentration on student affairs at San Diego State University, followed by a PhD in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from the University of Utah.

Oyler has a wealth of experience in various roles at Weber State University in Utah, where she most recently held the position of Assistant Vice President for Human Resources. Her previous positions at Weber State included Interim Assistant Vice President for Human Resources, Executive Director of Student Affairs Strategic Initiatives, Director of Student Affairs Strategic Initiatives, and Student Affairs Assessment Coordinator.
