Paola Claros is a skilled software engineer with a background in Industrial Engineering. She has a passion for implementing lean practices, process control, and continuous improvement in her daily work in order to deliver clean code. With experience at companies like TargetX and Seasoned, Paola has demonstrated knowledge in both front-end and back-end web development. She has helped mentor aspiring software engineers at Techtonica and facilitated learning opportunities for girls through Girls Who Code.
