Carmen Medina is a change agent, leadership expert, critical thinker, and public speaker who has spent over 25 years at the Central Intelligence Agency. She graduated from Georgetown University's MSFS Foreign Service program and The Catholic University of America's Comparative Government BA. She is the owner of MedinAnalytics LLC, co-author of Rebels at Work: A Handbook for Leading Change from Within, and a specialist leader at Deloitte. She also worked as the Director of the Center for the Study of Intelligence, Deputy Director of Intelligence, and Chief in Strategic Assessments Group at the CIA. Carmen specializes in critical thinking, research and analysis, corporate culture, organizational learning, strategic thinking, idea generation, thinking about the future, cultural diversity, diversity of thought, and being a change agent in large organizations. She speaks Spanish fluently and has decent skills in German and French.
