Alexander Tselykovskiy is an accomplished physicist and nanoelectronics expert. He holds a PhD and Master's degree in Nanoelectronics and Condensed Matter Physics respectively, both achieved with honors from the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI. His previous roles include Research Engineer at Scientific Research Institute of System Analysis, Russian Academy of Sciences, and Laboratory Assistant at Moscow State Institute of Radiotechnics, Electronics and Automation.

Tselykovskiy's expertise includes Nanoelectronics, Graphene Electronics, Ultra High Frequency Electronics, Microelectronics, and Condensed Matter Physics. He also has interests in System Analysis and Radiotechnics.
