Rajeev Chakraborty is an ambitious and dedicated individual with a passion for leadership and teamwork. He studied physics, chemistry, and mathematics at D.A.V Public School in Talwandi, Kota for the All India Senior Secondary School Examination where he earned an 89.2% grade. He then moved on to earn a Bachelor of Technology in Mining and Mineral Engineering at IIT Kharagpur.

Chakraborty began his career at Tata Steel as a Management Trainee Technical before moving through the ranks to his current position as Planning Manager. During his time at Tata Steel, he also served as an Operations Manager and completed a summer internship with the organization. Chakraborty has proven himself to be a valuable asset with a diverse range of expertise, including management, planning, and technical skills.

Beyond his work at Tata Steel, Chakraborty is an active member of various organizations. He served as Vice President of the IIT KGP Chapter and Student Design Competition – Bharat Khanitras at the Society for Mining, Metallurgy & Exploration Inc. (SME). Additionally, he held the position of General Secretary of Sports and Games at Lala Lajpat Rai Hall of Residence and was an Associate Manager at the Entrepreneurship Cell, IIT Kharagpur. Chakraborty also interned as a GES (Global Entrepreneurship Summit) Intern at Entrepreneurship Cell, IIT Kharagpur.

Chakraborty's education and professional experience make him an expert in planning, management, and technical skills, with a specific focus on mining and mineral engineering. He is also skilled in leadership, teamwork, and entrepreneurship.
