David Holm is a manufacturing engineer with expertise in solving complex problems related to manufacturing capacity, process start-ups, and new product introduction. With a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, David has worked in on-site technical engineering support for new product launches and manufacturing optimization, commissioning, and construction for both the consumer goods and chemical industries. Currently, David is a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Casper, where he provides data-driven solutions to optimize production processes. His prior experience includes working as a Product Quality Engineer at Casper, a Process Engineer at HB Fuller, a Research and Development Intern at Andersen Windows, and a Lean Engineer Intern at Pentair. Additionally, David is pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business to further expand his knowledge and skills in the industry.
