Kevin Lyn is a former product safety testing engineer turned patent attorney, who has dedicated his career to helping global companies improve their products and compete in the market. Kevin is a registered patent attorney and licensed professional engineer with a focus on developing strong domestic and international patent portfolios that can bring products to the market more efficiently while maximizing the available scope of protection in the client's markets. Kevin has worked with clients ranging from start-ups to major multinationals and has helped create better, more competitive products in fields like major appliances, airplane engineering, video games, and medical procedures. With a practical, business-focused approach to counseling clients, Kevin draws upon his engineering background to present an intellectual property portfolio that maximizes investment in new products and product improvements. Kevin leads diversity and inclusion initiatives as the Womble Bond Dickinson’s (US) Diversity Committee chair and serves as the primary liaison to prominent diversity organizations.
