Daniel Gade, a Republican nominee for United States Senate in Virginia, has impressive experience in policy-making positions. With a PhD and MPA in Public Administration and Policy, Gade retired from his 25-year career in the Army in 2017. He has served as a Presidential appointee at the US Department of Labor, in a Speaker of the House-appointed position at the National Council on Disability, and in the White House Domestic Policy Council as Associate Director. Currently, Gade is a professor of practice at American University in DC.
