Michelle's experience in these roles provided her with exceptional communication and leadership skills, which she then brought with her to Octagon, where she worked as an Account Manager. She was later promoted to Account Director at Advantage - Sponsorship and Brand Experience Agency, where she managed key client accounts and developed innovative sponsorship programs.
