Francesco Melara
Francesco Melara is a development practitioner with a strong passion for economic development and the implementation of approaches like Making Markets Work for Poor (M4P) to foster inclusive economic growth.
He holds a Certified Expert in Agricultural Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, a Distinction in International Development from the University of Bristol, and a 2:1 in Bsc Economics with International Relations from the University of Plymouth.
In terms of work experience, Francesco has served as a Technical Program Advisor and previously as a Program Officer and MRM and Knowledge Management Officer at People in Need. He has also worked as a Consultant at Exeter-Ethiopia Link, a Research Intern at OXFAM Italia, and as a Student Ambassador at Plymouth University.
