Michael Witts is the founder of Fishfin, a leading recruitment consultancy specializing in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. He has more than nine years of experience in the recruitment industry and is a passionate and experienced recruiter in the highly niche private equity sector. Michael brings a wealth of experience to his clients, focused on their long-term objectives, adding value, and delivering significant profits. Michael's track record speaks for itself, and he prides himself on being one of the leading recruitment specialists in his field. Fishfin's clients have access to Michael's extensive knowledge and expertise in financial recruitment, permanent staffing, strategy consulting, Dutch private equity, and M&A advisory services.

Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business with a 2:1 awarded by the University of Brighton. He also studied Sciences at Silcoates School where he received ten O levels and four A levels.

Before founding Fishfin, Michael served as Divisional Manager Financial Services Group at Robert Half, and Regional Manager-Order to Billing at Unisys.
