Erez Dickman

Erez Dickman is a seasoned professional with expertise in computer science, management, and engineering. With a BSc degree in Computer Science and Management from Tel Aviv University, Dickman started his career as a Software Developer and Integrator in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). Later, he served as the Head of Software Development Training Division and as Software Team Leader in the same organization.

Dickman's extensive experience in software engineering and management led him to take up leadership roles at various tech companies. He was the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at The Gifts Project, where he played a pivotal role in building a platform that transformed gift-giving. He then served as Head of Engineering at eBay and PayPal, and was responsible for different innovation and consumer product centers. In these roles, he implemented various strategies that increased efficiency, productivity, and revenue.

Dickman's efforts didn't go unnoticed: he was featured in Forbes Israel's 30 under 30 list in 2012, and Lemonade hired him as the Head of Research and Development. His knack for technology and leadership has earned him a reputation as a reputed software expert, and he has served as a lecturer at Sela High Tech College.
