John Rafol is a seasoned IT professional with over 27 years of experience, specializing in the investment holdings, retail, and real estate industries. In his previous role as SVP and Head of IT Shared Services at SM Investments Corporation, he led a team of around 100 staff worldwide and spearheaded several multi-million dollar projects like SAP S/4 HANA ERP implementation, office 365 for enterprise email migration, and various IT security initiatives. His expertise includes cloud computing, enterprise solution architecture, cybersecurity, and enterprise productivity and collaboration solutions.

John's journey in IT started as an Assistant Instructor at Adamson University, where he went onto study his Bachelor's in Computer Science. He then worked in various positions at Keppel Land, including Senior IT Manager, IT Manager, IT Solutions Specialist, and IT Executive. John was a part of the pioneering IT team at a brick and mortar real estate MNC, transforming paper-based operations into an automated version.
