Ben Knight is a successful entrepreneur with a strong background in executive search and leadership consulting. As the Founder and CEO of KNiON, Ben partners with organizations to drive lasting change through people-led performance improvement. He has held senior roles at Healthy Return, Marlin Hawk, and Fortune Hill, where he led the general management, commercial and HR practices, and was a member of the international digital, technology and commerce leadership team. Ben studied management at Manchester Business School and attended Reading Blue Coat School.
