Nick Wrenn is a respected News Programs Lead at Facebook, based in the EMEA region, with an impressive career in journalism. After completing his MA and BA Hons in American Studies/History at Nottingham University, he started his career in Southern Newspapers as a reporter. Wrenn then moved on to work at United Press International, Reuters News Agency, and the BBC News as a sports writer and assistant editor. In 2001, he joined CNN as the Head of News Partnerships, EMEA, and later became Managing Editor, EMEA, and VP of CNN International Digital Services. During his time at CNN, Wrenn led the company's digital expansion and editorial output. He has since transferred his skills to Facebook, where he divides his time between managing Facebook's news relationships and introducing new publishing features to the platform.
