Terry Karp is a career guide, consultant, and coach with over 10 years of experience providing career development services to individuals and organizations. She is one of the founding partners at Bay Area Career Center and specializes in helping people create a meaningful work life. Terry has expertise in conducting in-depth career assessments, developing job search plans, improving management and leadership skills, and exploring entrepreneurship. She has worked as a Career Consultant for UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business and is an approved consultant for Columbia University's MBA school alumni. Additionally, Terry is a Leadership Development Coach, where she coaches high potential employees and leaders to maximize their career potential. She is the co-author of "ValueSearch," a values clarification assessment, and has co-authored a chapter on values in the book New Directions in Career Planning and the Workplace. Finally, Terry designs and facilitates management training courses and team building workshops for various organizations.
