Gabi Stripoli: A User Researcher with a Background in Communications and Digital Management
Gabi Stripoli is a passionate user researcher who strongly believes that technology can be leveraged to solve the world's biggest problems. With a solid background in communications and digital management, she's well-placed to blend quantitative and qualitative data to make informed decisions. Gabi holds a Master's degree in Digital Asset and Media Management from King's College London, as well as a post-graduate degree in Digital Communication Management from Universidade de São Paulo.
Gabi is currently a lead user researcher at Babylon Health, where she uses her extensive experience to organise and lead research initiatives, moderate interviews, and conduct usability and diary studies. She previously worked at Citymapper as a user researcher, and as a digital and technology intern at Southbank Centre. Her strength in qualitative research has played a pivotal role in shaping her overall approach.
Gabi thrives in complex and diverse environments and brings a strong collaborative spirit to the table. Additionally, she's an experienced workshop leader and can adapt to negotiate and communicate with different groups effectively.
