Leanne Repko is an accomplished healthcare administrator with expertise in hospital management, healthcare consulting, process improvement, and policy development. With a proven record in performance measurement and regulatory management, she brings an extensive background in healthcare to her leadership roles.

Repko has studied at prestigious institutions, earning a Master of Public Policy in Health Policy from The George Washington University and a Master of Public Administration in Health Policy and Management from New York University. She also holds a Bachelor's Degree in American Studies and Music, cum laude, from Fordham University.

Repko has held numerous leadership roles, including serving as the Director of Medical Affairs for Inova Alexandria Hospital at Inova Health System, and previously worked as a growth and business development expert at Inova Health System. She has also consulted for Deloitte Consulting, working in various capacities, including as a consultant and senior consultant.

Additionally, Repko has acted as a graduate student consultant for the National Association of Community Health Centers and the American Society of Clinical Oncology. Prior to her consulting roles, she served as an executive assistant and clinical session assistant at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and as a research assistant at Fabiani & Company.
