Eva McMillan is an established advocate for children, youth, and families, with a focus on health promotion. With a Master's degree in Health Administration and Public Health from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from McGill University, McMillan has a diverse educational background. She has received awards for her academic achievements, community leadership, and management and governance in healthcare.

Over the years, McMillan has gained experience with diverse groups as a former Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at VIDEA, Community Researcher at The Stigma and Resilience Among Vulnerable Youth Centre, and Program Coordinator for The Youth Space at Alexandra Neighbourhood House. She has also worked as a Project Coordinator for the Canadian Sexual Health Survey at The University of British Columbia and a Lead Planner for Filosophi Events.

Currently, McMillan serves as the Brand Manager at Santé Cannabis, where she continues to advocate for marginalized individuals and promotes the importance of mental and physical health. Her expertise in community research and program coordination has helped her develop her leadership skills, especially in areas related to healthcare and community development.
