Candelaria Rodriguez is an accomplished professional with a multidisciplinary background. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business & Affairs and in addition to this, has completed postgraduate and associate’s degrees in management information systems, business administration, and management. Candelaria has worked in various organizations across different roles relating to management, hospitality, food and beverage, and internships.

Candelaria started her career as an Internship Trainee in a local association in Uruguay. She has also worked as a Food And Beverage Attendant at Rockpool Dining Group, All-Rounder at Heron Island Resort, and Duty Manager at Mercure KI Lodge. Currently, Candelaria works at dLocal as a Business Development Manager where she demonstrates her expertise in international/global studies and business administration.

Throughout her career, Candelaria has exhibited a keen interest in expanding her knowledge and gain practical experience in different areas. Her dynamic background and experience have enabled Candelaria to develop a knack for problem-solving, managing teams, and implementing new strategies.
