Late 2019 I was asked by the Executive team and Recruiting Leadership at DoorDash to come on as a consultant to help ready them for their anticipated IPO. My responsibilities were aligned with the Executives and Leadership across tech and analytics focused on their most critical searches. My responsibilities also included the creation of a Technical Advisory Board, as well as the development and mentorship for the technical recruiting org.

A few months following my departure from fb in late 2018, I took on a co-founding role with PHION. In this role, I have had the unique opportunity to leverage my technical understanding to address not only the extreme challenges in finding talent for our deep tech; but also, the opportunity to help lead Product, Design, BusDev and fundraising initiatives.

Additionally, over these last 2 years I've had the fortune to participate in 4 accelerators along with many other fellow founders, and have traveled internationally to both develop deeper corporate partnerships and drive fundraising activities.

I joined Oculus In 2014 following FB's acquisition where I partnered directly with their founders and technical leadership to address their most critical needs (Oculus & Oculus Research) while helping to manage the cultural integration of the two organizations. During this term, I was also responsible for helping lead the recruiting efforts for the incubation of both SpacesVR and the B8 division.

In 2011 ahead of Facebook's IPO, I was recruited by fb's Executives and Recruiting leadership to establish the Executive Search function for all US locations (CA, NY, Seattle) in an effort to ensure confidence in fb's ability to secure the world's top technical leaders.

Over my initial 3+yrs, I served as the strategic lead and key POC for all Technical Management addressing the most critical and complex needs of each team; these teams include Feed, Ads, Platform, Mobile, Search, Infrastructure, <a href="http://Internet.org">Internet.org</a>, Analytics, AI, Messenger etc...

In 2014 following the acquisition, I made the decision to take on the integration and scaling for Oculus; where I partnered directly with their founders and technical leadership to address their most critical needs (Oculus & Oculus Research) while helping to manage the cultural integration of the two organizations.
