Anastasis Germanidis is an accomplished software engineer with a vast technical skillset and a passion for rapid prototyping and scaling systems. He obtained his BA in Computer Science at Wesleyan University, and later pursued MPS in Interactive Telecommunications Program, Human Computer Interaction at New York University. Germanidis worked as a Machine Learning Researcher at IBM Research, where he honed his specialized knowledge of computer vision. He also held positions as a Backend Engineer at Zocdoc, Chartbeat, and Quantcast, and co-founded the successful start-up, Runway. Germanidis is recognized for his expertise in software engineering, machine learning and computer vision, prototyping, and system scaling.
