Ebenezar Wikina is a multi-awarded journalist, policy analyst, and youth advocate with over 11 years of cross-sectoral experience under his belt. He founded Policy Shapers, a groundbreaking open-source platform for policy proposals led by young people, and The Stroll, an interview series that has engaged over 100 world leaders and experts from more than 30 countries. Ebenezar is also a member of various international organizations, including the British Council's UK-Africa New Narratives Youth Advisory Board, the G20 Civil Society Working Group on Education, and the World Economic Forum Expert Network.

Ebenezar Wikina's expertise lies in media, policy analysis, community organizing, data science, and biomimicry. He has served as Advocacy Coordinator at Foundation for Partnership Initiatives in the Niger Delta (PIND), analyzed and advocated policies at the United States Congress, and volunteered as a technical committee member at the Rivers State Government SDGs Office. Ebenezar is also a seasoned guest lecturer, having taught at the Ken Saro-Wiwa Polytechnic and spoken in various industry events in and outside Nigeria.
