I am a production assistant for Giant. From guestlist, cashier, security, crowd control, artist relations to general support- I have been part of the weekly events for the past 3 years and also help with the major events that happen multiple times a year.  

Most known would be our New Years Eve events (Giant Maximus)- with crowds over 10,000 many years.

On – Call for owners at all times to answer questions and be prepared to change for the better of the venue
Work private events and keep them running smoothly (Los Angeles DA Dinner, Absolut Swedish House Mafia, Essence Black Woman in Music Awards)
Work club events to be sure they run smoothly (Cap 2200 every Fri and Sat)
Deal with customer service issues face to face during events
Manage employee issues best to my abilities

- Provide frontline phone support for Paciolan’s suite of ticketing, fund development, and access management products
-  Answer customer inquires in the areas of product usage and functionality via telephone, mail, and email
-  Perform additional troubleshooting in areas of general hardware, printers, and networking questions
-  Perform system administrator functions in AIX and UNIX environments
-  Create and review documentation for internal knowledge base and customer use
-  Develop test programs to ensure quality results for customer use

- Ran the front door for all events, including VIPS, guest lists, ticket takers  and cashiers. 
- Was responsible for up to 120,000.00 a night.
- Managed all events on-sales, will call and ticket orders.
- Hired and Scheduled my own staff.
- Coordinated Sales between the club and outside promoters
