As Chief Innovation Officer at Herbalife Nutrition was responsible for identifying and eliminating the barriers to innovation and fostering cultural change that would create an environment of sustained innovation within the Global Nutrition products company.

Chief Innovation Officer

Responsible for a team of 400 technical resources located in Los Angeles, California, USA; Guadalajara, Mexico; Bangalore, India; and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.  This team built Customer internet and mobile applications that focused on simplifying how Herbalife Distributors could manage their business, support their organizations and service their Customers.  These tools were deployed in more than 90 markets around the world and garnered over 10,000,000 active uses per month.

Senior Vice President, Distributor Technology & Strategy

This Distributor Technology & Strategy organization was newly created to help drive a Sales focused technological change at Herbalife.  Chris was its first leader building it from a team of one to a team of 400 over a few short years as the team shifted from defining the strategy to assuming ownership of its global implementation.

Vice Presedent, Distributor Technology & Strategy

Was originally brought in to serve as the Program Manager for Herbalife, global Oracle ERP implementation.  This role expanded into creating a formal Program Management Organization that could oversee all large, complex technical initiatives in the company.
