Beth Worrall is a social and environmental intrapreneur who has dedicated more than 15 years to creating a positive impact within some of the world's leading corporations. She has worked for organizations such as Microsoft, Bupa, and Bank of America, and her expertise lies in Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Environmental Sustainability, Community Investment, Marketing Communications, Philanthropy, Program Management, and Event Management.

Beth takes a keen interest in the role technology can play in transforming peoples' lives, particularly those of women and girls. She is passionate about developing programs that enhance their livelihoods and improve their quality of life.

Her educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Management from the University of South Australia and studies at the Centre for Sustainability Leadership.

Beth's impressive career spans across the UK, Australia, and Asia, and some of her significant contributions include heading the Development team at the School for Social Entrepreneurs Australia, and leading Environment and Sustainability initiatives at Microsoft Australia.

She has held various roles, including Global Community Impact Manager at Bank of America, Corporate Citizenship Manager at Microsoft, and Manager, Adelaide Smart City Studio at the Department of State Development - South Australia.

Beth currently serves as the National Skills Program Lead at Microsoft and formerly as a Marketing Manager at Buddy Platform, Ltd. and Manager, Community, and Corporate Responsibility at Santos Ltd.
