Ryan Cahalan
Ryan Cahalan is a highly educated geologist with a diverse background in research and teaching. He has earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Geology/Earth Science, General from the University of Oregon, Doctor of Philosophy degree in Earth and Atmospheric Sciences from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a degree in Geology from The University of Texas at Austin. His expertise includes geological research, data analysis, and teaching.
Currently, Cahalan serves as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), where he is focused on research related to geomorphic processes, hydrology, and climate change impacts. Previously, he worked as a Graduate Employee, performing research and teaching at the University of Oregon.
